About OXHN Partners

OXHN Partners helps professional-services teams connect AI decisions to the work people actually need to do. The starting point is a recurring task or an important decision—not an assumption that more technology is the answer.

What shapes our approach?

We ask practical questions before introducing a tool: Who needs to review and approve its outputs? Who will maintain the workflow once the pilot ends?

We connect technical choices to workflow ownership, usable evidence and operating constraints. An existing tool, a simpler process or a decision not to proceed can be the right answer.

What work does OXHN help with?

Our applied-AI consulting approach starts with document review, report preparation and internal handoffs. An opportunity sprint frames the decision; a focused pilot tests a recurring task; adoption and operating guidance makes review, ownership and exceptions explicit.

Super Intelligence preparedness is a separate planning activity. It asks what evidence could change a business decision as AI capabilities evolve. It is not a claim that today’s workflow tools are superintelligent.

How should you evaluate the work?

Look for clear scope, source-linked outputs, documented failures and a named decision owner. Our public resources show the questions to ask and the limits to keep visible. They are not evidence of a measured client outcome.

The requirements-review example is synthetic and manually constructed, not model results; no model was run and no performance was measured. The build-or-buy guide uses hypothetical arithmetic, not fees or a savings promise.

Who is responsible for these resources?

OXHN Partners is the organizational author and publisher of this site’s consulting guidance. The resources explain our proposed decision process; they do not establish individual credentials or independent validation. Constructed examples are labeled where they appear, and hypothetical figures are not measured results. A material change date identifies an editorial revision, not verification of a client outcome.

Start with a question about your work

Bring the recurring task, the person responsible for it and the decision you need to make. You do not need to upload a document or provide confidential client details to book a conversation. Scope, timing and fees are agreed before work begins.
